Visual models, functional samples and tooling trials support different decisions. We select only the stage needed for the product risk, available platform and proposed changes before additional time and investment are committed.

Not every project requires every validation stage or new tooling.

For new shapes, changed dimensions, exclusive components or revised assembly interfaces.
Important boundary
A tooling trial checks geometry, fit and process feasibility. Tooling approval alone does not release the complete product for production.

Existing tools are reviewed for reuse or adjustment; changed components may need dedicated tooling.

New Structure or Form

A separate engineering and tooling plan is confirmed before applicable tools are ordered or made.
